Prisoners Biometric Verified Calling System

Objectives: The project required a secure calling system powered by networking, a dedicated call center, CRM integration, and network based application access.

Challenges: Integration with PBX systems, automated call popups, SMS alerts, ticket rating updates, CDR reporting, and unified soft and hard phone systems were all part of the core scope.

Resolution:

• Delivered a PBX integrated CRM for secure inmate call handling
• Built a web application for authorized communication access
• Implemented automated call popups, SMS alerts, and rating updates
