Resource Management System

Objectives: The project targeted a fully digital, paperless inventory and warehouse management system using biometrics and camera validation, with integrated live access and reporting.

Challenges: The primary challenge was to integrate employee data via API, design dynamic role based access, and develop real time reporting systems.

Resolution:

• Delivered a modular web app covering inventory, HRIS, and warehouse functions
• Integrated with biometric devices and surveillance cameras
• Developed a desktop application for offline access
• Enabled real time reporting, live access, and dynamic role control
